This workshop focuses on the day-to-day management and activities of non-profits, most notably human resource management.
At the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:
- Identify the main roles and responsibilities of the different actors involved in the day-to-day management (executive director, employees, freelancers and volunteers),
- Identify the basic labour standards and pay equity rules in Quebec,
- Implement policies and practices, such as insurance and waivers, to manage certain operational risks.
People who attend this workshop will be invited to a community of practice event with our experts and special guests on November 3.
Up to 10 people attending this event will be offered a free 3-hour consultation with a lawyer.
