3 things to know about Michaël

If he wasn't a lawyer, he'd like to be a biologist or a chef.

At the dinner table, he could see himself with chef Charles-Antoine Crète to learn his culinary tricks.

Hobby: designing and hosting quizzes on various subjects.

No need to ask Michäel if any particular project stands out for him since starting at Éducaloi in 2015. He is most proud of the diversity of the mandates he’s carried out, each as enriching as the next. Whether it’s writing plain-language content, presenting workshops on clear communication or designing a video capsule, Michaël exemplifies versatility.

Before joining the Éducaloi team, Michaël studied law and multimedia. He was admitted to the Quebec Bar in 2012. For a few years, he worked as a research lawyer at the Quebec Court of Appeal, where he supported judges in their analysis of cases and acquired his solid legal knowledge. Since joining Éducaloi, Michaël has continued working with the judiciary in seminars. He presents judges with techniques to help write clearer judgements.

While he enjoys the analytical and strategic aspects of his work, it’s the human side that drives Michaël above all. Curious by nature and a good listener, he is inspired by his team’s multidisciplinary approach. He is proud to help Éducaloi democratize the law.
