THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS
Step by step
- We receive your application.
- We review your CV, cover letter, and portfolio (if applicable) as a team.
- After this initial screening, if your application meets our expectations, we will meet on Teams for a 30-minute meeting to get to know you. Our goal? To explain the position and the working conditions. What we want? To know what motivates you to join the team.
- We send you a practical test related to the tasks of the position: it’s a real simulation of your typical workday.
- We schedule a meeting with 2 or 3 team members to discuss your test, your motivations, your skills, our team, and the position.
- Short background check: this is where we contact your references.
- We will then send a confirmation of the job offer and a start date!
