This interactive workshop offers participants the opportunity to practice useful skills for being on the board of a Quebec non-profit. It covers topics such as:
- some key board responsibilities for non-profits incorporated in Quebec,
- real-life scenarios involving board decision-making, and
- tips for drafting clear and useful by-laws.
People who attend this workshop will be invited to a community of practice event with our experts and special guests on November 3.
Up to 10 people attending this event will be offered a free 3-hour consultation with a lawyer.
