Éducaloi and the Ministère de l’Enseignement supérieur invite you to a workshop to gain a better understanding of sexual crimes and the criminal justice process.
This workshop is designed for higher education staff and student association representatives.
We hope that at the end of this workshop, you will be able to:
- Identify certain actions that may be considered sexual crimes,
- Be more mindful of the legal aspects of sexual violence,
- Gain a broad understanding of the main stages of the criminal justice process.
This workshop will be interactive. Participants will be able to share their opinion on different situations related to intervening in situations of sexual violence. The workshop also aims to share resources to support victims of sexual violence.
