Caroline has more than 12 years of experience in book and magazine publishing. Since she completed her master’s degree in literature, she has worked for various media outlets and organizations, with a focus on topics related to accessibility and inclusion.
In the last years, she has explored the simplification of complex content and UX writing. She has developed expertise in plain language, as well as a strong ability to understand the needs of different audiences.
