Her professional journey is dedicated to enhancing access to justice for a wide range of communities. She is particularly interested in the fundamental rights of vulnerable people. Throughout her studies in university, she actively engaged with community organizations specializing in housing law and women’s labour rights. She also led the development of a specialized academic journal on access to justice and was a member of the writing and management team of the student newspaper, Le Pigeon dissident.
Member of the Quebec Bar since 2024, Ophélie has continued to dedicate herself to improving access to justice in her professional career. She spent two years working at a firm specializing in class actions and public interest litigation, where she used her positivity, creativity, and resourcefulness to advance cases focused on enhancing collective well-being.
