Coming from an educational background, Oumayma’s career combines pedagogy, law and scientific research. She began her career as an elementary school teacher in Tunisia, a formative experience that shaped her approach to learning, based on rigor, meaning and attention to students’ needs.
With a master’s degree in educational research from Quebec, she is interested in the analysis of educational policies and issues related to diversity in schools. She also serves as a lecturer at the university level, where she contributes to the training of future education professionals.
At Éducaloi, she contributes to the design and improvement of legal education content and tools. She is known for her ability to organize, clarify and make complex content accessible, with the desire to make useful, practical tools adapted to people’s realities.
She is convinced that clear and accessible content can make a real difference in people’s understanding and autonomy.
