The recent Bill 96 modifies a lot of pre-existing laws related to French as the the official and common language of Québec, most notably, the Charter of the French language.
To help NPOs understand which rules affect them, Éducaloi presents its workshop “Bill 96 and NPOs: What You Need to Know”.
This workshop provides information on the following topics:
- Obligations as an employer, including francization and recruitment rules,
- Rules regarding language of service, written communication, advertisement and trademarks,
- Consequences of non-compliance.
