Éducaloi counts on its many partners to fulfill its mission. When you work with us on a project, we store your contact information (e.g., first and last name, email address) to enable us to manage the project.
We make sure to store your information securely
We take various administrative, technical and physical measures to ensure your information remains secure. For example:
- Our web and cloud environments are protected by a robust and proven cybersecurity structure.
- Your information is only accessible to people who need it in the course of their work.
- Despite our precautions, confidentiality incidents such as unauthorized access or loss of information can occur. If they do, we take swift action to reduce potential harm and prevent the incident from reoccurring.
- If the incident poses a risk of serious harm (e.g., identity theft), we are generally required to disclose it to you and notify the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec (Quebec’s access to information commission).
Personal information outside Quebec
Your personal information may be stored on servers located outside Quebec. We take steps to protect this information in accordance with the laws applicable in Quebec.
We share some of your information with third parties
