Graduating with a BA in education, following in her parent’s footsteps, Julie began her career as a teacher. However, empowering citizens to develop their skills and make informed decisions soon became essential to her. This led her to join Éducaloi’s board of directors, which shares that mission. She returned to school to do her MBA at HEC in 2000, which enabled her to embark on a new career in the business world.
Curious and always eager to contribute, Julie has never missed an opportunity to get involved in community organizations and committees over the years — both in a professional and a personal capacity. She has been a director at Baluchon Long-term Respite Care since 2021.
What motivates her? Mobilizing and equipping members of an organization to realize projects that meet needs sustainably, through collaboration and rigour. It’s now Éducaloi’s turn to benefit from her dynamism and expertise in human resources.
