Éducaloi was invited to contribute to a joint publication, Revisiter le consumérisme au Québec : état des lieux, défis et perspectives (Revisiting Consumerism in Quebec: Current Situation, Challenges and Prospects). Éducaloi submitted a text on the positive impact of clear communication on merchant-consumer relations, which was published in 2022 by the Presses de l’Université Laval.
