Éducaloi welcomes the introduction of Bill 8, which seeks to make justice more efficient and accessible. It’s an important step following the reform of civil procedure that took effect 8 years ago, in 2016.

We believe it’s crucial to simplify civil procedure and offer more efficient legal services.
The intent of Bill 8 is a good starting point, but we shouldn’t stop there.
