Language in the Workplace in Quebec

Bill 96 has changed some of Quebec’s language laws regarding the use of English in various contexts, including at work. All employers in Quebec, whether they’re a business, a non-profit, a government institution or other, must respect the rules on language in the workplace.

This pamphlet provides an overview of the rules related to written and verbal communications at work.
