After many years of practice in tax litigation, Me Tardif was named Regional Director General of Justice Canada in 2019. She has also been involved with Éducaloi since then, as she finds its mission to be essential for society. This is her way of giving back to the community and helping to instill certain values in her children, notably the importance of volunteer commitments.

Energetic, positive and efficient, Me Tardif had the opportunity to assist in the recruitment of astronauts when she worked for the legal services of the Canadian Space Agency. This gave her the opportunity to meet the three Canadian astronauts, including David Saint-Jacques. She also demonstrated her strong management skills during the pandemic by developing new work methods adapted to this unprecedented challenge. An accomplished athlete, Me Tardif is an expert sailor and has even participated in several world championships in the Lightening and Laser 2 classes.
